Shipping Costs

We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs at any time, though this will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

Please note: We also reserve the right to restrict these services at any time and we reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability, delivery location and adverse weather conditions. Any areas affected by adverse weather condition will be notified via updates displayed on this page. 



When do you deliver?

Your order will arrive within 5 (five) working days unless otherwise stated. Note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Bad weather, transport or other reasons beyond our control may cause a delay. Binatone Telecom PLC is not liable for any delays. 


Standard Delivery

UK standard delivery orders are delivered by Royal Mail or Hermes depending on package weight. Once your parcel has been despatched from our warehouse (usually within 1 working day of placing your order) we will send you a confirmation email and/or text message to let you know your parcel is on its way. A signature may be required on delivery.


Next Working Day Delivery

Your order will be delivered the next working day if ordered and paid for before 2pm on a working day. Next Day orders are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the option selected. We will send you a confirmation email and/or text message to let you know your parcel has been despatched from our warehouse and will be with you the following day. A signature will be required on delivery.


Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery within usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.


What if I'm not in when you deliver?

If the recipient isn't in, our courier will leave a card confirming that they've tried to deliver your parcel and it will be held at your local post office or depot for collection. 


How can I tell if I’m getting free shipping on my order?

You will see free shipping listed at checkout, on your order confirmation emails and in your card summary.


Incomplete Orders

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we were out of stock you will have received an email to let you know. If your order is obviously incomplete, please Contact us.


Loss or Damage during Shipment  

Occasionally packages get lost or damaged during transit, no matter how carefully it is handled. Fortunately it doesn’t happen very often.


If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact us within 14 days of the date of delivery, or within 14 days of the date you received confirmation that it was lost.


If you find your package is damaged, please remember to ask the courier to note it as ‘Damaged’ on receipt or rejected the delivery, stating the reason why.


Product Returns

If you need to return a product for any reason relating to the product (e.g., product has a defect, different colour, not the product you ordered), you need to Contact us. See our Returns Policy on the Site for full details.
